A soft foot exfoliation and comforting hot towel wrap are included to elevate the experience. 60 minutes of reflexology in a 90-minute appointment.
Auricular Reflexology & Ear Seeding

A gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses reflex points on the ear to promote balance, relaxation, and natural healing. Ear seeds extend the benefits between sessions, supporting ongoing wellbeing and harmony of body and mind.

Express Reflexology Reset

A focused, time-efficient reflexology session—perfect for busy people who want the relaxation and therapeutic benefits without committing to a longer appointment. This is a 40-minute reflexology treatment within a 60-minute visit. Please note: This option is only available if you’ve already completed a full consultation or a longer reflexology session with me.

Oncology Reflexology
45 minutes
A calming and adaptive reflexology treatment designed to safely support clients during cancer treatment, recovery, and at end of life. Sessions help ease anxiety, reduce tension, promote deep relaxation, and offer comforting, compassionate “me time” during difficult stages of life. Each treatment is tailored with great sensitivity to individual needs and circumstances. Please contact me to discuss treatment time and fees, as these vary according to individual requirements.
Facial Reflexology

A gentle technique that stimulates reflex points on the face to encourage balance within the body. It promotes deep relaxation, improves circulation, and supports skin vitality. 75 minute appointment

30 min Facial Reflexology & 30 min Foot Reflexology A deeply relaxing treatment that eases stress, boosts circulation, and promotes overall balance. Facial reflexology soothes tension and supports a radiant glow, while foot reflexology nurtures wellbeing from the ground up. Up to a 90 minute appointment in total.

Total appointment time: 2 hours.
Hand Reflexology

A calming therapy that works on reflex points in the hands connected to the body’s organs and systems. It helps relieve stress, ease tension, and support overall wellbeing. Convenient and effective, it encourages balance and relaxation. 60-75min appointment

Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking: To schedule your session, please use my online booking system or contact me directly. After you have booked your first session, I will provide you with the location details of my cabin.
Cancellation Policy: I ask that you provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Full payment will be required for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or if you do not attend your appointment.
